For P3 & P4 you need to submit:
- A cashflow forecast with annotation saying what it tells you!
- A brake even point graph with a table of date and notes attached
P6 requires you to identify success criteria to track your business. Suggestions include
- Profit - Gross or Net
- Customer satisfaction / complaints
- Employee satisfaction - labour turnover
- Year on year sales growth (Revenue)
- Reserves of cash - cashflow position
- Value of business - assets v debts
